Fred Schaeffer, Jr. brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in working with closely-held businesses and business owners with all aspects of individual planning and employee benefits.
By joining his father and grandfather in the business in 1992, Fred extended to a 3rd generation a more than 50 year legacy of excellence in serving the financial, insurance and employee benefit needs of business owners and businesses in the Memphis/Mid-South community. Born and raised in Memphis, Fred obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Mississippi in 1992.
Fred has served on field advisory committees for a number of leading national and international health and life insurance companies and was recently inducted into the Hall of Fame of a leading national insurance company. Fred’s practice focuses on group benefits as well as individual planning throughout the Mid-South area.
Fred and his wife have two children and reside in Memphis and are active in their church family and community.

Tracie Gilmore
Tracie Stimpson Gilmore heads up the day-to-day service and administration of group health and health-related benefits. Additionally, she manages renewals and the competitive marketing process for group health insurance.
Before joining Fred Schaeffer’s team in 2012, Tracie worked in various roles in employee benefits since 1995. Tracie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Union University in Jackson, TN where she played tennis competitively.
Tracie resides in Olive Branch, MS with her son. Tracie enjoys being active and continues to play tennis on occasion.
